How to turn off windows 10 automatic update
The windows 10 most popular used operating system comes with lots of features, security updates and bug fixes if we compare to windows 7 or 8, 8.1 but the windows update user interface has been disabled. The windows update you can’t control anymore. This is done for important security updates and performance improvement to reach directly to you. Now in one way its good that you are safe from hackers like ransomware viruses, but in another way if you have limited internet plan then it will be finished early that you never want I know. To turn off windows 10 automatic updates follow the below steps :-
Press WIN+R key it will open command Run window, now type services.msc in box and press enter.
You will be prompted with all service list of windows. Be sure that you are an administrator or have rights to modify the services.
Now search for Windows update named service in the service list. Right click on service name and go to properties option. In the windows update properties box click on Stop, it will stop the service…wait it’s not done. The most important part you have to change the Startup type to Disabled option.
Now click on Apply, then OK. You have successfully disabled the windows 10 automatic update.

In case you got your neighborhood high speed internet connection password or hacked their router, you should immediately update windows and download movies. To start update again, you must enable the service or you will end up with getting error when you try to update windows since the service is disabled. No problem follow the below steps to enable it again :-
Again Press WIN+R key it will open command Run window now type services.msc in box and press enter. Go to service named Windows Update then via right click to properties option, select startup type to Automatic press OK and again right click on Windows update service and hit Start. It will start the service and you are done. Now you can update your windows and enjoy.
